The staff were like family, Gabby brought so much positive energy, always had great recommendations for us, and the rooftop was a real gem. All mornings started right with coffee and evenings wound down with cocktails at the bar on point!
Wasn't cheap, but you pay for the experience.

The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city skyline!
The shower curtain was installed too high, making it a bit inconvenient.

missingWrote a review on Jun 28delicious dinnerexcellent staffgreat locationexcessive feespricey city
Man, that Manchego ratatouille at Sable was a baaad dream – so rich and full of flavor! Plus, the location is on point, just a hop from The Purple Pig and Joe's Seafood. The staff? Straight-up pros who made everything flow seamlessly. 10/10 service!
But let's be real, Chicago's prices are no walk in the park, especially with that hospitality fee that felt like a sneaky extra charge on top of the room rate. Still, can't deny the charm around every corner!

Had an awesome time chilling by the fireplace during wine hour and enjoying a delicious breakfast spread.
